Our client is an independent, multi-branch Estate Agent and Lettings business who have built up an impressive property portfolio across Hertfordshire.
An opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Valuer to join this established office. They are a fast-paced business based in St Albans looking for a pro-active, friendly and professional candidate to join a successful team.
The Lettings Valuer duties will include:
Generating market appraisals
Converting market appraisals into instructions
Generating business through canvassing, mailshots & call outs
Attending lettings viewings
Refer tenant applications over to the Property Management team
Skills:
Minimum 2 years Lettings experience
Valuation experience would be an advantage, but training can be provided
Ambitious and committed, with drive to develop the business
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment
Smart and well presented, with excellent communication skills
