An established, high quality independent estate agents have a fantastic opportunity available for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join the team in Cheam. With a great high street location and good market share, this role provides brilliant commission earning potential.
To be considered for this position, previous experience working within estate agency is essential. Customer service is key within this business and as such, a professional but personable approach is required. Ideally the successful candidate will have good area knowledge of Cheam and have experience instructing properties in the local area, however this is not essential.
Responsibilities will include generating and booking valuations, conducting accurate market appraisals/valuations, instructing properties, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, agreeing sales, progressing sales though to exchange and completion, cross selling ancillary services and offering the highest levels of customer service and care.
A basic salary of £16,000 will be offered plus a company car or car allowance, a strong commission structure and OTE £35,000.
