- Sales Negotiator – Holland Park
£20,000 + Com + Company Car
Our client is looking for an experienced negotiator to join their Holland Park sales team. The ideal candidate must be driven, confident, with a proven track record of working to targets.
The role will involve; qualifying potential buyers, identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties. A typical day will involve; viewing properties negotiating offers and liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers and delivering the highest levels of customer service to buyers and sellers.
As a team player you’ll need the following skills and experience:
Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
The ability to negotiate
Sound business ethics
Tenacity and be a self-starter
The ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
Full UK driving licence
