The role
Our client are recruiting for a Senior Valuer for their large Welwyn Garden City office.
Your primary responsibility is business generation, prospecting and sourcing new clients and working on existing and past clientele.
You will undertake multiple number of market appraisals. Every day and follow through the marketing process.
Skills Required:
5+ years of experience in estate agency and 2 years valuing and presentational experience.
A positive, energetic ‘can do’ approach is a pre requisite
Able to work under pressure and thrive in a busy office environment
Be professional, smart and articulate.
