- Lettings Administrator – Marylebone
Our client have been selling and letting property in prime Central London and North West London for more than 30 years, they are looking for an experienced Lettings Administrator to assist with administrative support for their lettings department in Marylebone.
You will be responsible for:
Setting up the property file.
Following up the offer letter acceptance form, reference approval and t&c's for the file.
Arrange Tenant Right to Rent Checks.
Draft contracts and arrange to be signed by both landlord and tenant.
Request GSI, EPC and electrical tests from landlord.
Book inventory and check-in.
Arrange for standing order to be signed by tenant and send to bank.
Ensure we are holding tenants keys ready for check-in.
Collect remaining payment from tenant/s.
Pass file to Lettings Manager for checking before tenants move in.
Send tenant welcome pack.
Inform tenant/s of who to contact during the tenancy.
Register deposit and send certificate to landlord and tenant.
Arrange payment of funds to landlord and send statement.
Ensure we have signed inventory from both landlord and tenant.
Weekly renewals spreadsheet.
Draft renewal contracts once agreed by negotiator and update TDS once all signed copies are back and arrange rent increases.
Draft and send out invoices for renewal fees for both landlord and tenant.
Book in checkouts and arrange deposit returns for Let Only Properties.
Arrange change of tenant for all properties.
Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative role and experience in dealing with all aspects of tenancy. Experience in using CFP is an advantage but not essential as training would be provided. The successful candidate will be a pro-active and organised individual with good attention to detail. You must have excellent communication skills and have the ability to multi-task.
