Sales Negotiator – Hendon

 

Our client is an independent estate agency with four offices in the North West London / Hertfordshire area, they specialise in sales, lettings and property management.  We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator at their successful office in the Hendon.

 

Duties will include:


  • Arranging viewings


  • Booking valuations


  • Following up viewings the next day and reporting structured feedback to our sellers


  • Chasing, progressing and negotiating offers through to completion


  • Undertaking tasks as directed by your line manager
