Our client is an independent agent who has offices in North and North West London with over 60 years’ experience are looking for a Lettings Negotiator to join their office in Kensington.
The successful candidate must be hungry, highly motivated and driven with a proven track record as a Letting Negotiator. This role requires an excellent Negotiator and Closer.
Duties will include;
Registering applicants
Matching properties to applicants needs
Conducting viewings
Negotiating and closing deals
Listing Properties
Liaising with clients, landlords and tenants
Assist Property Management, Key Management, Advertising/Listing Properties, Valuations.
To be considered for this position you will have the following qualities:
Previous lettings experience
Have a successful track record
Customer focused
Positive, ambitious and enthusiastic
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organisational skills – excellent spoken and written English skills
This role has great earning potential for the hungry, motivated and determined candidate.
Hours:
Monday – Thursday 9am – 6pm
Friday 9am – 5.30pm
Every other Saturday 9.30 – 1.00 pm
