- Lettings Negotiator – Lewisham
We are currently looking for an experienced lettings negotiator to join my client who is a renowned and professional estate agency based in Lewisham. You should be confident building relationships with new clients, helping landlords let their property and tenants to find a new home.
Duties including
Responding to leads
Taking on new instructions
Valuing property for landlords
Handling the negotiation and offers between the landlord and tenant
Compiling property descriptions to load to our website.
Showing property with potential tenants
Answering general queries from landlords and tenants
Coordination of agreements, tenancy and legal paperwork.
Moving In process for tenants
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
Consistently looking for new ways and ideas to improve service levels.
Candidates Requirements
Full clean manual driving licence.
Good spoken and written English
Flexibility to work long hours.
Good computer and keyboard skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service.
Hours: 5 day week including every Saturday.
