- Sales Progressor – Uxbridge
An award-winning independent estate and letting agents is currently looking for self-motivated and talented Sales Progressor who can contribute to their team.The successful candidate must have sales progression experience, excellent customer service skills and a desire and passion for property.
As a Sales Progressor, your role will include:
Managing the sales progression process from accepted offer through to completion - ensuring all parties are kept fully informed at all times
Maintaining files for each sale and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed
Being the sole point of contact for all parties
Liaising with conveyancers / solicitors, surveyors and financial advisors
Promoting our services where appropriate and generating referral leads
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm
