Our client is an independent estate agency with over 30 years’ experience in North London. They are looking for a Sales negotiator for their Grange Park office. The ideal candidate will be a well presented, dynamic and target driven individual. Candidates must be results focussed, self-motivated and someone who can provide exceptional customer service.
As a Sales Negotiator your responsibilities will include:
Arranging viewings
Booking valuations
Following up viewings the next day and reporting structured feedback to our sellers
Chasing, progressing and negotiating offers through to completion
Undertaking tasks as directed by your line manager
