- Lettings Negotiator - Finchley
A wonderful opportunity has come available for the right applicant to join the busy lettings department of a very well-known Estate Agents who have been established for over 25 years. They are looking for a Lettings negotiator with a least 12 months experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting viewings and letting properties
Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
Facilitating a let through to move in
The candidate must have:
A professional work ethic,
Good telephone manner,
Be self-motivated and ambitious.
Full UK Driving Licence
Live within a 10 mile radius of Finchley
Hours—
9.00-6.00pm Monday-Friday with one afternoon off every two weeks.
Every Saturday morning 9.30-1.00pm.
