Our Client is a highly reputable, well established estate agency with numerous offices in locations across London. They are looking for a lettings negotiator for their Hampstead office, must have previous property experience.
As is expected of such a role, the successful candidate will be expected to liaise with landlords and new clients to secure instructions, register applicants & coordinate viewings, and negotiate offers.
To be considered for this position, applicants must have a minimum of 12 months’ residential lettings experience, good local knowledge of the North West London area. The ideal candidate will be a well presented, dynamic and target driven individual. Candidates must be results focussed, self-motivated and someone who can provide exceptional customer service.
