- Lettings Negotiator – Welwyn Garden City
We are seeking a Lettings Negotiator for an independent Estate Agency based in Welwyn Garden City. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing Estate Agent.
You should be confident building relationships with new clients, helping landlords let their property and tenants to find a new home.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting viewings and letting properties
Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
Facilitating a let through to move in
Previous lettings experience is essential
Full UK driving licence.
To be considered for this position, applicants must have a minimum of 12 months’ residential lettings experience, good local knowledge, professional work ethic, good telephone manner and smart appearance will be expected.
