- Sales Negotiator – Enfield Town
Our client is the largest estate agency brand in London and one of the fastest growing in England. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for sales negotiator with at least 12 months experience for their Pimlico office.
Key Responsibilities:
Applicant and viewing management.
Conducting viewings with applicants.
Negotiating and closing deals directly with vendors and prospective buyers.
Dealing with general queries.
Responding to telephone, website leads and using internal software.
Keeping in regular contact with all potential clients, updating records accordingly.
Skills & Experience:
Someone who has ambition, drive & will achieve and strive to exceed all targets
Experience in property sales (at least 12 months)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Full clean driving licence
Good organisational skills and a professional manner
Good command of spoken & written English
Foreign language/s – a benefit, but not essential
