- Lettings Negotiator – St Albans
We are looking for a Lettings Negotiator for our clients St Albans office. To be considered for this position, applicants must have a minimum of 12 months’ residential lettings experience and good local knowledge.
The successful candidate will be expected to liaise with landlords and new clients to secure instructions, register applicants & coordinate viewings, and negotiate offers.
The candidate will be a well presented, dynamic and target driven individual. Must be results focussed, self-motivated and someone who can provide exceptional customer service.
