Our client is and independent property company in West London dealing in all aspects of residential and commercial property including Residential Sales, Lettings, Property Management, Land & New Homes and Commercial Property.
They have a reputation as one of West London's fastest growing Estate agents, driven by a dynamic team of property professionals.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager seeking a new challenge, and the prospect of taking their career to the next level. The Sales Manager will be expected to take full responsibility for the success of the office by leading and motivating the team to achieve set targets and objectives within agreed time frames. Therefore the successful candidate should have previous managerial experience within a successful agency.
To be considered:
Experience in valuations and listing
Conducting viewings
Dealing with Offers and Sales Progression
Meeting and exceeding weekly, monthly and annual targets
Full UK driving licence
