Our client is the largest estate agency brand in London and one of the fastest growing in England. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for sales negotiator to join their Borehamwood office.
The candidate must be hardworking, self-motivated, smartly presented and well-spoken individual who is keen to earn money and will leave no stone unturned in their quest to do so.
The role includes tasks such as:
Applicant and viewing management.
Conducting viewings with applicants.
Negotiating and closing deals directly with vendors and prospective buyers.
Dealing with general queries.
Responding to telephone, website leads and using internal software.
Keeping in regular contact with all potential clients, updating records accordingly.
Providing excellent customer service at all times.
