- Senior Lettings Negotiator – Palmers Green
Our client is a multi-award winning independent estate agent, covering the whole of North London, with over 25 years’ experience in residential and commercial sales, lettings and property management. They are looking for an experience senior lettings negotiator with at least three years’ experience.
The ideal candidate will be a well presented, dynamic and target driven individual. Candidates must be results focussed, self-motivated and someone who can provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting viewings and letting properties
Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
Facilitating a let through to move in
Previous lettings experience is essential
Full UK driving licence.
