Our client is looking for a senior sales negotiator for their office in Hammersmith who is highly motivated and down to earth professional for this role in their market leading sales team. They are looking for someone who has great customer service skills, passionate, great communication and who will strive to meet and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to leads from our website and telephone
Source and generate market appraisals
Register prospective leads & viewings on Reapit database
Carry out viewings
Negotiate all aspects of sales while understanding clients’ needs
Progressing sales once agreed to exchange of contracts
Liaising with solicitors
Always act in a professional manner complying with all legal requirements and the rules of the professional bodies of which we are members
Consistently looking for new ways and ideas to improve service levels
Skills & Experience:
Someone who has ambition, drive & will achieve and strive to exceed all targets
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Full clean driving licence
Good organisational skills and a professional manner
Good command of spoken & written English
Foreign language/s – a benefit, but not essential
