Sales Negotiator - St Albans
Our Client, a well-regarded local independent estate agent,letting agent and property management company who have two offices and from these offices the business successfully serves the mid Hertfordshire district. They are looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator to join their busy team in St Albans.
Estate Agency is highly competitive in St Albans and our client is well known for providing dependable advice and achieving exceptional results for their clients.
Job Description
Registering applicants.
Regular Call/Mail outs.
Maintain adequate applicant register.
Updating property/applicant records within Reapit system.
Book viewing appointments using Reapit diary.
Follow up viewings -adding details using facility within Reapit for use in Vendor management report. All viewings must be followed up for feedback within 24hrs of viewing taking place.
Providing Vendors with weekly summaries -detailing viewings/offers/CTR etc using Reapit Landlord management report - Vendors must receive weekly updates on their properties.
Viewings -Showing properties in 'best light’ create opportunities to meet our next vendors.
Offers - Putting all formal offers forward to Vendor for consideration.
Assisting sales progression -Keeping all parties well informed throughout process under direction of the Sales Manager
General
Answering telephones, dealing with Vendor and Buyer queries including providing investment advice, general correspondence and filing.
To keep front desk tidy, organised and running efficiently.
Carry out ad hoc projects at the request of your manager and others as and when required.
Covering direct line staff duties at weekend’s, during bouts of sickness or annual leave
To be well presented, enthusiastic and professional at all times.
Ensure that all procedures are effectively undertaken and that all activities are undertaken in line with all relevant statutory regulations and legislative requirements and company directives, policies and procedures.
Hours
8.45am to 6pm - Monday to Friday
8.45 to 5pm - Saturday rota one in three with a day off in lieu.
The successful candidate would receive guaranteed OTE for the first three months of employment to sustain them until they are fully up and running.
