My client is a large independent estate agent with branches across London specialising in property sales, lettings, mortgages and financial services. They are looking to appoint an organised and well-presented Sales Administrator who has proven experience in property administration. The ideal candidate will be competent at Microsoft Office and able to deal with high volumes of work as well as being based locally to the area.
The role will involve providing support and efficient administration to the whole sales team. A typical day will include; meeting and greeting customers and dealing with enquiries, preparing property details and window displays, completing advertising copy, correspondence, weekly statistics and ensuring excellent presentation of the branch at all times.
As a team player, you’ll need the following skills and experience:
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
A passion for property and people
Experience in a fast paced administration role
The ability to use your own initiative and be pro-active
Great communication skills
