Basic salary - £25,000 OTE £45,000 - £50,000
Guarantee earnings for first 3 months
Company Car or Car Allowance £3000
5 Day a week (Some Saturdays required)

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join their growing team as a sales Manager, based at their vibrant office in Purley.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a sales-focused role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service. A professional and confident approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and use your own initiative are essential.

Duties:

• Generating new property listings and instructions from sellers.


• Carrying out property valuations and market appraisals.


• Developing strategies to increase sales and market share.


• Building relationships with vendors, buyers, developers, and investors.


• Identifying new business opportunities and local market trends.


• Managing and motivating negotiators and sales staff.


• Setting sales targets and monitoring performance.


• Recruiting, training, and mentoring team members.


• Conducting performance reviews and providing coaching.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in residential property Sales


• Strong track record in listing and winning instructions


• Ability to build and nurture strong business relationships
