A client, renowned for their expertise in the residential and commercial property sectors, is in search of a Senior Property Manager to manage a portfolio of approximately 120 properties.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years of experience in a similar capacity, demonstrating a track record of reliability, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

About the role:

• Dealing with check out inventories and deposit returns


• Dealing with contractor’s invoices to ensure payment  


• Providing a swift response to all maintenance queries and giving a high level of customer service


• Handling tenant complaints and resolving disputes


• Inspecting the property regularly to identify maintenance needs


• Assisting other members of staff in the PM department whenever required, with renewals or general PM administration.


• Co-operating with the Lettings Team


• Ensuring portfolio compliance will all legislation – Gas Certs, EICR’s etc.


• Attend Property inspections
