Location: Northwood
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 + Commission
Monday: Friday – 9.00 am – 5.30pm (Saturdays when required with additional pay)
Full license and car required
At least 2 years’ experience preferred for this role

Ready to take the next step in your property career? Our client, a well-established independent estate agency founded in 1962, is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of approximately 500 residential and commercial properties.

In this rewarding role, you will be part of a close-knit team of three Property Managers, working collaboratively to manage a varied property portfolio, build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of all properties under your care.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned properties


• Act as primary contact for landlords and tenants, handling queries swiftly and professionally


• Deal with property maintenance and repair requests


• Deal with tenant complaints and issues


• Carry out property inspections and ensure compliance with current UK lettings legislation.


• Ensures that the property is legally compliant


• Handle evictions and process move-outs


• Maintain accurate records using property management software

Skills

• Good customer service


• Strong communication skills


• Excellent organisational skills, problem-solving and multitasking


• Knowledge of legislations for property management


• Experience with VECO, but not essential
