Working Hours: 8.30am -5:00pm
Licence and Own Car Required
Our client is looking for an assistant Property Manager with at least 6 months experience, to support the property Manager and the team with a busy portfolio of properties, they are renowned for their expert knowledge, professionalism, and outstanding customer service.
It is important you are extremely well organized, Proactive and have strong communication skills.
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests
- Coordinating lease agreements, renewals, and terminations
- Conducting property tours for prospective tenants
- Ensuring tenants comply with lease terms and property rules
- Collecting rent and tracking payments
- Assisting with budgeting and financial reports
- Processing invoices and managing expenses
- Maintaining accurate records (leases, tenant info, maintenance logs)
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance with contractors
- Performing or arranging property inspections
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed
- Monitoring building systems (e.g., heating, security, cleaning services)
- Acting as a point of contact for tenants, vendors, and staff
- Handling complaints professionally and efficiently
- Supporting the Property Manager in resolving issues
Requirements:
- At least 6 months’ experience as an assistant Property Manager
- Well organised and an excellent multitasker
- Great customer service attitude
- Strong Communication
- Attention to detail
- Ability to solve problems
