Pear Recruitment – Junior/Experienced Property Manager- Stratford

Salary – Up to £28,000 – Reviewed after 3 months

Working Hours – 5 Day Week, Monday–Friday 9am–6pm, 1 Saturday in 3 - 9am–2pm

Our client, based in the thriving area of Stratford, is seeking a Property Manager to join their growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring both landlords and tenants receive an outstanding level of service.

While previous property management experience is not essential, a genuine passion for the sector, strong organisational skills, and clear ambition to build a long-term career in property will be highly advantageous.

The Role:

• You will be managing a portfolio of properties


• Booking and checking Management Inspections


• Co-ordination of estimates and undertaking of repairs by contractors


• Negotiating and co-ordinating renewal contracts


• Day to day correspondence


• Preparation of tenancy agreements


• Collection of documentation from landlords and tenants


• Process referencing

Skills Required:

• Can-do attitude


• Systematic approach with strong administrative skills


• Experience in using Fixflo is desirable but not essential


• Ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining attention to detail


• Be able to work well both on your own and as part of a team
