Salary - £25,000 - £28,000 + Com OTE £45,000 - £50,000

Monday – Friday 9am-6pm, Alternate Saturdays 9am – 2pm

Driver & own car required - Car Allowance

Our client an award-winning independent estate agency are currently looking for a self-motivated Senior Sales Negotiator/Valuer who can contribute to their team, if you have the drive and motivation to succeed in a supported environment and have previous valuation experience, we would love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting accurate property valuations and providing market insights to clients
- Negotiating sales to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met
- Managing the sales process from initial enquiry to completion
- Staying updated with market trends and competitor activities

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

- Proven experience in a sales negotiator/valuer role within the property sector
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A proactive and results-driven approach
- In-depth knowledge of the local property market
- A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
