Pear Recruitment – Trainee/Lettings Negotiator – Plumstead

Salary – Up to £20,000 - £22,000 (Depending on Experience) -OTE £30,000

Hours – Monday – Friday 8:30am – 6pm, Saturday 9am – 5pm – 5-day week

Driver & Own Car required

Looking for a Trainee/Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team based in Plumstead. Experience is not essential for this role. If you are well presented, and keen to further your career with a leading company please send your CV to be considered.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conducting viewings and letting properties 


• Carry out Valuations and list new properties


• Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database 


• Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback 


• Facilitating a let through to move in 


• Previous lettings experience is preferred


• Full UK driving licence.
