Sales Progressor – Based in Islington covering Hamstead & Islington branches

Salary £32,000 – £35,000 (Depending on Experience) OTE £38,000 - £40,000

Working Hours- Mondays 8:30- 6:30pm – Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 8.45am – 6.30pm Fridays - 8:30am - 6pm

Our client based in the popular and busy area of Islington are looking for a fantastic Sales progressor to join their friendly team and cover their Hampstead & Islington Branches progression. Responsibilities:

• Managing the key administration process.


• Managing the EPC process on behalf of vendors.


• Managing the board process.


• Sending terms and conditions out for all instructions.


• Managing the compliance for all buyers and vendors.


• Organising media to be booked on existing and new instructions.


• Writing descriptions for all new instructions.


• Uploading media to Jupix to create marketing.


• Organising administration throughout the sales conveyancing process tis is to include:
  
  
  
  • EICR and gas safety certificates
  
  
  • Removals
  
  
  • Assist the Senior sales progressor throughout the conveyancing cycle.
  
  
  • Learning and educating yourself on all aspects of the conveyancing cycle.
  
  
  • Report to directors with key metrics for solicitor recommendations
  
  
  • Organise completion packs.
  
  
  • Organise client gifts.
  
  
  
  

• Send invoices to solicitors and follow up through to payment.
