Basic Salary £18,000 - £22,000 + Commission, car allowance & Company phone
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 9am – 6pm, Friday 9am- 5.30pm and work every other Saturday 9.30am -1pm
Our client based in a great part of central London, are looking for an Experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their energetic and motivated team. Covering a vast amount of London their experience is unquestionable. Always providing a flawless client experience. Responsibilities:
Conducting viewings and letting properties
Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
Being proactive and willing to demonstrate skills to seek and retain business.
About You:
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
A professional, positive, ambitious, and enthusiastic approach
A strong customer focus.
Desire to meet and exceed targets.
Self-motivation with a `can do` attitude.
High accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work on your own as well as in a team.
Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills
Full UK driving licence & Own vehicle
