Salary £25,000, OTE £45,000, Company car
Hours- Monday, Tuesday and Friday – 9am – 6pm, Wednesday & Thursday 9am – 6:30pm, Saturday 10am – 4pm
Our client is looking for an Assistant Lettings Manager to join their friendly team based in Crouch End. A well-established lettings and management company who pride themselves on local knowledge and customer service. About you:
Do you have 5 years’ experience within an assistant lettings Manager role are you level 3 ARLA qualified and experienced in winning valuations and familiar within the North London area.
Responsibilities:
- Agreeing deals with ease and ensure monthly KPIs and banking’s are consistently hit.
- Deal with customer enquiries effectively.
- Landlord care and regular communication.
- Qualifying offers and negotiating deals on behalf of yourself and others where needed.
- Leading by example and assisting team where needed
- Prospecting to generate valuations and building landlord database.
- Perform market appraisals and take on instructions.
- Prepare and record company figures when needed.
- Identify and implement strategies to increase stock levels and build market share.
- Oversee deal progression and delegate tasks to others when needed.
- Ensure focus on own development, progression and improving skills.
- Maintain compliance with industry and internal process.
- Any other duties requested by manager or Directors.

- Live in and around the North London area
- cfp experience
- 5 years of experience within lettings
- ARLA Qualified
