Basic Salary £25,000 - plus great commission structure OTE £50K Plus
Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm
Every other Saturday :10am - 2pm (1/2 day off in lieu)
Our client is looking for an ambitious Senior Sales negotiator to join their team and become part of their vibrant business based in the popular Belsize Park area. They are looking for a well presented and articulate individual who has local area knowledge.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record in conducting valuations and convert them into listings if you possess a positive and energetic approach to your work, please send us your CV.
The skills required for this Senior Sales Negotiator role will include:
Experienced Residential Sales Agent
Excellent sales ability
Being able to maintain the average fees and conversion rate standards.
High level of customer service skills
Good telephone manner and positive attitude
Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
Knowledge of the local area would be advantageous.
