- Lettings Manager – Kingston
Salary £27,000 + 3K car allowance OTE £48,000 - £50,000
5 days a week – Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm every other Saturday 9am – 3pm
Our client who specialises in residential lettings based in the lovely area of Kingston are looking for a Lettings Manager to come in and hit the ground running in their busy office. If you have previous experience within this role, you are self-motivated and pride yourself on professionalism and presentation. Your CV will be highly regarded please apply.
Responsibilities:
Create the largest active market share of any agent in the area
Maximise revenues and grow the property register as the main instruction taker for the branch
Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
Maximise branch profit and achieve all financial targets
Manage performance of employees
Influence a result through effective team management
The ideal candidate will:
Have previous Estate Agency experience and customer service experience
Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement
Be able to work effectively managing a team
Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times
Display high standards of service and presentation
Have good organisational skills
Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
Be a car owner with a full driving licence
