Our client, an independent Estate Agency are looking for a Junior Property Manager to join their friendly team based in West Norwood, they pride themselves on positive reviews and collective years of local knowledge. As the junior Property Manager your duties will include:
First point of contact for Landlord & Tenants
Organising property maintenance
Submitting deposits
Check in & out appointments.
Inspections & inventories
Tenancy renewals
Gas safety renewals / EPC's
Chasing rent arrears
Section 21's
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
Excellent communication skills
Good knowledge of lettings legislation
Ability to work to deadlines.
Professional and presentable
Computer literate
Driving licence and own vehicle
