Salary 18,000 + Commission
Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, Saturday 9am – 5pm day off in Lieu (5-day week)
Driver required – Monthly Petrol Allowance live within a 40-minute peak time commute to the office
Our client is looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator for their vibrant office based on a busy high street in Loughton. They pride themselves on years of experience and knowledge within the local area and are currently looking for a confident and organised candidate to join their lettings department. Are you organised, forward thinking and have previous experience within Lettings? Then this maybe the position for you.
Lettings negotiator jobs involve but are not limited to the following tasks:
Promoting properties.
Meeting with potential tenants, working out what their exact needs and requirements are and building rapport.
Arranging and overseeing viewings of properties for potential tenants.
Meeting with landlords and other parties involved in the rental.
Dealing with clients and potential clients via email, telephone or in person
Negotiating between property owners and potential tenants
Arranging tenancy agreements.
Keeping administrative systems up to date & adhering to all legal guidelines
Meeting sales targets.
The following skills are essential for the successful candidate;
Strong literacy, IT and numeracy skills
Professional with a friendly, approachable attitude
Great communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
Flexibility & Reliability
Honesty & Integrity
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
A positive, motivated approach to work
The ability to manage well under pressure
Full UK Driving licence and own vehicle.
Package:
Location: Loughton
Salary: £18,000 pa plus 10% commission and bonuses.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am- 6pm. Saturday 9am – 5pm. Day off in the week
