Salary £23,000 – £25,000 OTE £40,000 - £45,000
Hours – 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday, occasional Saturday, day in lieu if Saturday worked
Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their dynamic and successful team. As a Senior sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for sales, lettings, property management, marketing, and valuations. This is an excellent opportunity to take your real estate career to the next level.
Responsibilities:
* Identifying potential buyers, negotiating deals, and completing sales transactions. They will also need to provide expert advice to clients on the best ways to buy and sell properties.
* Marketing properties to potential buyers or tenants. This includes creating marketing materials, managing social media accounts, and organizing open house events.
* Carry out sales valuations. This will involve assessing the market value of a property based on factors such as location, condition, and local market trends.
* Ensuring that all paperwork is completed correctly and that all transactions are properly recorded.
About you:
· * At least three years of experience in real estate sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• The ability to work well under pressure.
• A good understanding of the real estate market.
