For this role you must have a Full Driving Licence and your own vehicle
Our client is looking for an experienced Property Manager to manage a portfolio of properties around the Surrey area. You must be efficient and competently to provide a quality service to clients and occupiers.
Working in a team of 3.

The role would suit a candidate who enjoys working in a fast paced enviroment.
Responsibilities:
Effectively manage the commercial and residential property portfolio of clients with reasonable skill and care and in accordance with the principles of good estate management.
To regularly visit all properties to identify necessary works of repair and maintenance and action as appropriate.
To arrange periodic Health & Safety and Fire Risk Assessments as are reasonably necessary.
Key priorities /recommendations are identified and implemented in agreed timeframes, taking into account the nature and severity of any risk highlighted.
Ensure proper monitoring and recording of all actions taken reflective of the company’s management systems.
Management of all contractors, ensuring works are completed to satisfaction, within time and budget and in a safe and competent manner.
