Property Manager – Tolworth

Salary £25,000 – £27,000 plus Car Allowance

For this role you must have a Full Driving Licence and your own vehicle



Our client is looking for an experienced Property Manager to manage a portfolio of properties around the Surrey area. You must be efficient and competently to provide a quality service to clients and occupiers.

 

Working in a team of 3.



Our client is an established Independant agency who thrive on priding exceptional customer service. 

The role would suit a candidate who enjoys working in a fast paced enviroment. 

Responsibilities:              



  • Effectively manage the commercial and residential property portfolio of clients with reasonable skill and care and in accordance with the principles of good estate management.


  • To regularly visit all properties to identify necessary works of repair and maintenance and action as appropriate.


  • To arrange periodic Health & Safety and Fire Risk Assessments as are reasonably necessary.


  • Key priorities /recommendations are identified and implemented in agreed timeframes, taking into account the nature and severity of any risk highlighted.


  • Ensure proper monitoring and recording of all actions taken reflective of the company’s management systems.


  • Management of all contractors, ensuring works are completed to satisfaction, within time and budget and in a safe and competent manner.

    • Property management systems


    • Service charges and budgeting


    • Health & Safety legislation


    • Basic building construction and maintenance
