Property Administrator - Golders Green 



We are looking for a specialist Property Administrator who can join this great team!

This company is not your everyday estate agent having built themselves an enviable reputation in the area by being honest, straight talking and highly professional.

They will give you all the latest tech and marketing available, giving you a great environment to develop your career.

 

About the role:

 



  • First point of contact


  • Administration support for both Sales & Lettings


  • Preparing Terms & Conditions.


  • Drafting Letters for New instructions, Reductions and offers.


  • AML Checks


  • Land registry


  • Editing photos & arranging and refreshing to stay current.


  • Uploading properties and property portal.


  • Mail outs on properties for Sales & Lettings (Reduction, New Instruction, Relisted)


  • Chasing up documents on sales files (IDS, Utility Bills, PIQs, AML, Risk Assessment, Regular Audits)


  • Valuations – Booking in, sending pre-valuation Letters & packs.


  • Choosing properties & updating the window cards for both Sales & lettings


  • Sending out the sales memorandum to Solicitors, Purchaser 7 Vendor.


  • Designing and ordering Sold Cards & Let Cards


  • Distribution of Marketing Magazines out to potential vendors, marketed properties & local business.


  • Tracking of keys, checking in, checking out, chasing outstanding keys.


  • Maintaining office equipment ie: printer and franking machines.


  • Weekly Stock check


About you:



  • Experience in a property administrative role preferred


  • Well presented with a clear confident speaking voice


  • Ability to communicate well with people at all levels both face to face and over the phone. 


  • Excellent customer service skills, professional and helpful manner


  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail


  • Self- motivated and proactive


  • Strong IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, XP, Mail Merge proficient. 


 

Package:

 

Salary £25,000 – £30,000

Monday to Friday 8.45am -6pm
