Our client, a hugely successful independent covering most of London. They put people first and want negotiators who share their ethos. They have followed this for over 60 years, and it ensures their clients just keep coming back time and time again!! They are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator who would love to become part of a great team and work for a company where staff retention is high!
Key duties and skills include:
Arranging and attending viewings
Negotiating on all sales
Booking valuations (conducting them if needed)
Managing own diary
Generating business/sales and maximising all opportunities
Supporting Branch Manager and team
Professional and motivated
Driven and personable
12 months experience
Great communication skills/customer care
Person Specification:
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
A professional, positive, ambitious, and enthusiastic approach
A strong customer focus.
Desire to meet and exceed targets.
Self-motivation with a `can do` attitude.
High accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work on your own as well as in a team.
Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills
