Salary: £22,000 - £23,500 DOE, with an OTE of £40,000 - £50,000 in Year 1.
We are looking for an Experienced Senior Sales Negotiator who is looking for the next step up and an opportunity step into a managerial role in the near future.
You are someone who is experienced enough to work with the flexibility and autonomy that this position requires and share this companies long term view on developing the offices position in the local market place, positioning it as a specialist in the mid-upper end of the Residential market!!
Working directly under the Mana aging Director they are looking for candidates who are adept negotiating, canvassing and valuing, although the latter is not essential.
Your purpose in this busy role will be to increase the office turnover with a view of becoming Sales Manager when those targets are met.
You will be a super strong Salesperson with theability to manage short-term results, by generating instructions and creating department momentum. This will be a role that requires longevity and your commitment to grow the office and lead it from strength to strength. This is a great company to get on board with and you will receive full support of the team at the neighboring office and the Managing Director.
