Basic Salary £18,000 - £22,000
OTE £50K Year one, £70K + year two
We are working on an outstanding opportunity for someone already working in Land, Planning, Buying and looking for progression or for an experienced Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator, New Homes Sales Negotiator, looking to pursue a career as a Land Negotiator.
This role is primarily office based, so excellent administration skills are a prerequisite, and essential to be successful as a Trainee Land Negotiator.
Key responsibilities of a Trainee Land Negotiator
To establish relationships with a broad number of landowners, developers, and company branches in the area
Winning instructions for the disposal of development opportunities for landowners in both the private and public sector
Secure new homes sales instructions from the developer industry at advantageous and profitable terms
Skills and experience required to be a successful Trainee Land Negotiator
Sales or Estate Agency experience.
Able to build relationships and deliver sales in a target driven environment.
A high level of presentation experience
Excellent administration skills
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential.
