Basic Salary - £25K - £30K + Commission & Car Allowance OTE £40K
5 day working week including Saturday’s
Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6:30pm & 9.30am-5pm Saturday
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Letting Negotiator to join our clients Wembley office situated in a bustling high street. We are looking for candidates that have experience within a similar role and looking for progression.
You will be a highly motivated and ambitious individual who will play an active part in building new relationships with local landlords. You will need experience in Residential Lettings valuations.
Key responsibilities within the role include:
Identifying and properly registering applicants, and landlords.
securing maximum quality viewings, valuations, financial services appointments, conveyancing quotes and instruction
Understanding and demonstratingthe importance of re-qualifying applicants
Undertake accompanied viewings as and when required.
Following up viewings and securing offers
Pro-actively canvass for new opportunities.
Candidates must have a UK driving Licence and Car.
