Senior Property Manager - Holloway
Salary circa £35K
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 9am -6pm Friday 9am -5.30pm
We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Property Manager to become part of a great office in Holloway, North London. As Senior property manager you will work within a team of 3 overseeing the team.
Overseeing the entire portfolio, including HMO’s so knowledge within this area will be essential. Your role with include pre-tenancy works, property inspections, Check in check out reports, routine, and emergency maintenance as well as liaising with the TDS. The Business has been built up through hard work, integrity and lots of referrals and repeat business, so you will need to be the kind of person who can keep this going.
You must be presentable, a great communicator and able to use your own initiative.
Experience of working using current lettings legislation is imperative along with the ability to deal with high pressure situations.
The successful candidate:
Must have experience in using Microsoft office packages.
Previous Property Management experience is essential.
Will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills.
Will be ARLA qualified.
Experience using Jupix software exp.
Experience managing a small team.
Excellent organisation skills and punctuality
Must be a Driver with a full, clean UK Licence.
