Monday - Friday 9.30am - 6pm

Our client is looking for an experienced Property Manager who are resilient and love every aspect of the job. Your flawless work ethic and meticulous approach is what makes you great at what you do, your friendly personality is just the cherry on the top.
Responsibilities:
Respond quickly to enquiries.
Build and develop relationships with tenants, landlords, colleagues and suppliers.
Managing Deposits.
Referencing and other administration of tenant procedures
Uploading new property information onto Websites
Producing and updating tenancy agreements
Organising check-in and check-out inventory inspections
Booking property inspections
Organise repairs & quotes for works as necessary.
Organising Gas safety certificates
Reactive Maintenance issues
Requirements:
