Salary - £18,000 – £20,000, OTE £25,000
Full license and own car required.
Our client is looking for a Trainee Sales/Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team based in Woodford. Candidates will have excellent negotiation skills, be articulate, well presented, and keen to further their career with a leading company.
The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, be prepared to work hard, add to our client’s high reputation for honesty, service, and excellent levels of communication.

Key responsibilities:
- Provide a friendly and professional service.
- Arrange, organise, and conduct viewings.
- Achieve all daily and weekly targets.
- Register new applicants, manage, update, and maintain regular contact with existing applicants.
- Advise, update and maintain excellent relationship with landlords on all lettings requirements.
Proven Specification:
- Must have a full UK driving licence and own car.
- Must live locally or within a reasonable commute of the office.
- Well presented with excellent customer service skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
