Basic Salary £18,000 - £22,000 + Commission, car allowance
Driver with own car
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 9am – 6pm, Friday 9am- 5.30pm and work every other Saturday 9.30am -1pm
Our client based in a great part of London, are looking for an Experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their energetic and motivated team in Knightsbridge. Covering a vast amount of London their experience is unquestionable. Always providing a flawless client experience. Duties of Lettings Negotiator role will include;
- Conducting viewings and letting properties
- Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
- Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
- Being proactive and willing to demonstrate skills to seek and retain business Person
Specification: The successful candidate must possess:
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
- A strong customer focus - Desire to meet and exceed targets
- Self-motivation with a `can do` attitude
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work on your own as well as in a team
- Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills
