A wonderful opportunity for a trainee Property Manager to join this multi award winning company. Our client is a leading Independent Residential Real Estate & Commercial Service Provider.
Established over 150 years, our client is a Leading Independent, award winning Residential Real Estate & Commercial Service Provider.
As a trainee Property Manager, you will provide first class professional services to their portfolio of landlords and tenants, dealing with administration and on-going tenancies disputes, solving problems, and negotiating solutions within the legal framework that exists for landlord and tenants.
Experience within the property industry is not essential, if you have transferable skills please send your CV to be considered for this role.

MAIN TASKS:
- Assisting with the management of properties.
- Dealing with maintenance enquiries
- Assisting with property inspections
- Maintaining a compliant portfolio
- Assist with arranging repairs and improvements.
- Assist with the co-ordination of the relevant safety checks
- Liaise regularly with the finance department including monitoring financial activity.
- Submit and handle insurance claims including obtaining quotations
- Maintain a working knowledge of compliance information
