Pear Recruitment – Lettings Negotiator – Belsize Park
Salary - £20,000, OTE £45,000
Monday – Thursday 9am – 6:30pm, Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturday 10am – 2pm, ½ day off when Saturday worked.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their successful office. They are looking for a team player with a passion for the Property industry. Requirements:
- Proven experience of 1 years in a sales position
- Self-driven with a can- do attitude
- Ability to work in a team with other Lettings Negotiators
- Interest in property
- Excellent communication skills - Verbal and Written
- Ability to confidently persuade and influence others
- Well organised
- A natural Negotiator
- Own Vehicle & full UK Driving Licence
