Our client is looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team based in Surrey Quays. Priding themselves on 5-star reviews and customer relations, making them the go to agent in the area. Typically, this role will involve:
- Dividing your time between the office and being out and about on viewings
- Building relationships with buyers and vendors
- Conducting viewings
- Keeping vendors and buyers constantly updated
- Handling negotiations and queries
- Dealing with solicitors
Candidates must be:
- Confident and outgoing
- Proven track record in a sales environment
- Punctual and well presented.
- Motivated and target driven.
- Excellent communication skills/ Articulate.
- Full UK Driving Licence
