Salary: £20,000 plus commission and car allowance
We are looking for a key team member to join our Clients bustling estate agency. The ideal candidates will be extremely organised with plenty of initiative. You will have excellent time management skills and always be one step ahead of the game.
Ideal candidates will have strong experience within the Property Industry, be ambitious and confident building new business.
On a day to day basis you will update available properties, qualify tenant enquiries, book and attend viewings, agree tenancy contracts, check tenants in and out of properties.
The successful applicant will be:
Generating new business
Arranging and attending valuations
Winning instructions
Setting targets
Setting and exceeding their own targets
Building and growing the team
